Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the profile picture Google shares with us.

Purchase information. When you buy a product we record your order details (product, amount, date) and the payment identifiers returned by our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details — payment is handled entirely by Razorpay.

Usage information. We keep standard security logs (such as sign-in events and download counts) to keep accounts safe and to provide your purchase history.

We use your information only to:

• create and secure your account (sign-in codes, session management);
• process purchases and deliver the products you buy;
• personalize your downloads (see "Watermarking" below);
• respond to your support requests; and
• maintain the security and reliability of the platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Your payment details are entered directly with Razorpay and never touch our servers. We store only the order and payment reference IDs required to verify and reconcile your purchase.

Every PDF you download is personalized with your name, email address, order ID and purchase date. This discourages unauthorized sharing and helps keep prices fair for everyone. Please treat your copies as personal.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the platform:

• Google — optional sign-in with your Google account;
• Razorpay — payment processing;
• Email delivery provider — sending one-time sign-in codes and receipts.

Each provider receives only the minimum information needed to perform its function and is governed by its own privacy policy.

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account exists — purchase records are what give you lifetime access to your products. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain (for example, tax and accounting records of payments).

We take security seriously: connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in codes expire in minutes and are stored only in hashed form, sessions use short-lived tokens, and access to purchased files is verified on every download. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours defensively.

You can, at any time:

• view and update your name in your profile;
• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data; or
• request deletion of your account and data.

JARAZMI is intended for students and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
